Here, among Ruchè vineyards and the scents of fine wood, the work of Cantine Sant’Agata and Franco Cavallero Spiriti is born: a family business with over twenty years of passion and research. Our cellar houses barrels and barriques where the wines slowly age, and an exclusive vault where the most precious reserves rest, such as the Hereditarium, intended for collectors and enthusiasts.
In addition to production, the facility is designed to welcome guests in an elegant and versatile setting. The tasting room, equipped with a professional kitchen, video projector, and audio-visual system, can host tastings, private events, team building sessions, business dinners, and parties. Our experiences range from immersive tours of vineyards, barrels, and cellars, to vertical tastings of Ruchè and samplings of Vermouth di Torino Superiore, Bitteranza, and Gin, and even the opportunity to create your own cocktail.
