Meet the team

Paolo Scaiola is the young winemaker of Tenuta Carretta. Quick and enterprising, during his university studies he developed a passion for excellent food and wine (and signature pairings) working at the tables of the Piazza Duomo restaurant in Alba, led by the three-starred Enrico Crippa.
