Welcome to Vicara, where a story that began in 1450 with the Visconti family was officially reborn in 1992 from the union of the Visconti, Cassinis, and Ravizza families. Today, under the guidance of Giuseppe and Emanuele Visconti, our winery is not just a business, but a noble heritage carried forward through three cardinal values: Courage, Authenticity, and Care.
Courage: The Strength of Choices. For us, courage is the mission to bet on Monferrato and the rebirth of native grape varieties, guardians of an identity that was at risk of disappearing. It is the audacity to merge three family histories into one great vision of excellence.
