About the winery

The Jardí dels Sentits is a family project that Blanca Ozcáriz runs, taking care of the 10 hectares of vineyards that her mother inherited. Managing the family vineyard since 1998 allows us to discover the potential of these plots worked with passion and continuous learning in biodynamic agriculture. Certified organic since 2014, incorporating plant cover, compost laboriously matured on the farm itself. Our wines enjoy very long aging, in the pure style of our grandfather Raventós.

We had a great host, Ada, who explained how this very small woman-owned winery makes bio-dynamic natural wines. We had a great selection of sparkling, white and red wines. This is a very special place. The opposite of going to a huge cava place.
