It was in 1942, in the heart of the Montagne de Reims, in the village of Chigny les Roses, that Champagne J.Lassalle was born.
Today, these 3 generations of women are committed to perpetuating the style of Jules Lassalle.
The House was built almost 80 years ago, and it is by highlighting our past that we are building our future.
The 16 hectares of the Lassalle vineyard are distinguished by their mainly Meunier grape varieties.
The estate's vines are over fifty years old. We produce an average of one hundred and fifty thousand bottles a year. We are "Récoltant Manipulant", our champagnes are therefore made solely by the provenance of the grapes from our plots.
For us, champagne is a bit like a great cooking recipe that would be passed down from generation to generation, with its specificities that only belong to the family, this way of expressing “a spirit, a style.”
The House opens its doors for an immersion in the heart of our history with the possibility of tasting our champagnes and visiting our 3 levels of cellars over 300 years old on our production site in Rilly la Montagne.
