What Champagne can I buy at Caves Pommery?

Since 2014, the vines have been cultivated with respect for the environment, and the property has 2 labels: HVE (High Environmental Value) and “Sustainable Viticulture in Champagne”.

The Champagnes are still made according to the traditional Champagne method which had been put in place by Madame Pommery, where the grapes have the greatest possibility of expressing themselves. Today, Clément Pierlot, Cellar Master, is in charge of the blends, with the House oenologists.

Today, the Pommery range includes 14 vintages, grouped under 4 different vintage names, then available: POP, Brut, Louise and Clos Pompadour.

POP Millésimes: available in 4 vintages, the POP vintages only exist in 20 cl bottles. The POP cuvée is a blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay, the POP Rose is a rosé champagne.
Brut Royal: the signature of Maison Pommery, an elegant, lively and harmonious palate, it is also available in rosé, thanks to a blend with red wine, vinified with Pinot Noir, it is a very subtle, very lively rosé and fresh. The Blanc de Blancs cuvée is, as its name suggests, made solely from the only white grape variety from Champagne: Chardonnay.
The Louise vintages: made in homage to Louise Pommery, from grapes coming exclusively from 3 great Champagne wines: Avize, Aÿ and Cramant. It is a very buttery wine, with gourmet notes of biscuits.
Les Clos Pompadour: only available in magnum. Coming from 25 hectares of vines within Maison Pommery, this champagne releases magnificent notes of citrus fruits and white flowers, the mouth is full and very long, fresh and complex.
