The 360 visit is a complete private and exclusive tour to discover the world of Rovellats cava from the vine to the glass.

We will start with a walk through our vineyard located in front of the winery.
We will stop to contemplate the landscape and enjoy a glass of Blanc de Primavera wine at our table in the middle of the vineyard.

We will continue with a visit to our winery, where we will visit the different historical buildings we have and go down to the radial cellar, located 12m underground, where we will perform an artisanal disgorgement of a Gran Reserva bottle and taste it on site.

We will end this experience by tasting our best cavas, one of them with more than 120 months of aging.
All paired with a tasting of Iberian ham, artisan cheeses, bread with tomato and oil, and catanias from Vilafranca del Penedès.

About the host

Rovellats is a love story for the land, the people and cava. A family project that is currently managed by the third generation of the family and that since Sant Martí Sarroca (Barcelona) has been evolving from a work philosophy based on quality. Under the 15th century Masía and located 12 meters deep, the Rovellats cellar is unique in the world for its original six-pointed star structure and a central rotunda.

The etymological origin of Rovellats comes from the Latin “robiculu”, reflecting its location in a meander of the Foix River, characterized by its high humidity. This enclave has been the heart of an estate since medieval times, an architectural complex that includes everything from 10th century Romanesque elements to modern innovations.
