Discover our Time Room, where aromas mingle with the scent of French oak barrels, admire the grandeur of the storage and fermentation tanks, peek into the laboratory, and explore our event hall with a privileged view of the vineyard.

Conclude the guided tour with a tasting of 6 wines from the Dory's Colheita, Adegamãe Monocastas, and Adegamãe Reservas ranges, paired with 2 snacks and 4 dishes (fried cuttlefish with garlic and coriander mayonnaise, salt cod salad, rich coastal soup, cod loin with crispy ham, lamb chop with coriander crust, asparagus and rustic potatoes, and chocolate mousse).

About the host

In Torres Vedras, in western Portugal, an enterprising family with a strong passion for their homeland realized their long-held dream of building a winery that celebrated the region's historical heritage, deeply rooted in the culture of vines and wine.

North of Lisbon and just a stone's throw from the ocean coast, AdegaMãe leverages a terroir heavily influenced by the prevailing sea breezes, distinguished by its Atlantic-inspired wines, full of character, freshness, and minerality, which have won national and international awards.
