From grape picking to tasting our vintages, this workshop invites you to experience the harvest from the inside, discovering each stage of the vine and the champagne making process, in the unique atmosphere of this period.

Workshop Content
• Symbolic grape picking in a selected plot
• Visit to the press: operation, stages of pressing
• Passage through the vat room: principle of alcoholic fermentation
• Guided tasting of 4 vintages, freshly pressed grape juice and the traditional Champagne snack.

This workshop was designed to discover, in a lively and accessible way, the richness of the Champagne terroir and the requirements of manual harvesting. A unique opportunity to understand the world of champagne differently, closer to those who produce it.

NB: In case of bad weather, the visit to the plot may be canceled. Please wear appropriate footwear to go into the plot.

Nestled in the heart of the Premier Cru terroir of the Coteaux Sud d’Épernay, the Maison Champagne Vincent d'Astrée has embodied heritage and innovation since 1956.
