This was a great experience which we really enjoyed. Pauline took us on a tour of the vineyard and explained the champagne making process in great detail, showing us all the stages including picking, pressing, fermenting. Then we tasted 4 champagnes

Very informative and were able to taste 4 different champagnes. The champagnes were all wonderful- the best we had tried in Champagne so far! It is good to know that there is such excellent quality without the marketing budget of the huge brands.

We had a really great private tour and tasting! We learned a lot about the whole process of making champaign, visited the cellars and tried 4 different types of champaign in the end on the lovely rooftop. Would definitely recommend!
