Cancellation Policy
Full refund of the experience if cancellation takes place up to 24 hours before the start of the experience.
Conditions
- A reservation is officially canceled if the visitor clicks on the “cancel my reservation” button in the My Account tab > my reservations > modify or cancel a reservation
- The total amount of the reservation is refunded to the traveler if the cancellation occurs within the minimum period defined in the cancellation conditions of the experience.
- The Traveler Refund Policy, force majeure or cancellations by Winalist for any other reason provided for in the General Conditions may supersede the cancellation conditions. Please check these exceptions.

We are very determined to have an increasingly sustainable viticulture, which prioritizes good agricultural practices that respect the surrounding fauna and flora, in search of harmony between production and the territory.
During the 18th century, Quinta da Vacaria expanded its vineyards and improved its viticulture and winemaking techniques, which was crucial to consolidating the estate's reputation as a producer of high-quality Port wines.
