What is included
Our staff is always ready to help you create a perfect experience:
- All our tours are led by wine experts, certified Sommelier AIS Puglia or WSET
- We speak fluent Italian and English
- All packages include a personalized badge and a symbolic certificate of participation with your name
- Participants will be entitled to a 10% discount on all wines purchased within the Paolo Leo wine shop
- Any allergies or intolerances must be communicated in advance.
- Travel (winery and wine press) located in the municipality of San Donaci, will be by your own means; however, transfers can be arranged upon customer request.
- Tours are not private. This request must be expressed in advance and will be managed based on reservations already received.
- For any requests for time changes, contact the wine shop to request availability
You will walk through the vineyards, visit the old wine press from 1940, and listen to the secrets of a tradition that is passed down with pride. Then, time will stand still: three wines will take you on a sensory journey through the souls of our land.
- Minutolo: Fresh and aromatic, like the breeze that caresses the Itria Valley
- Rosamora: Elegant rosé from Malvasia Nera, delicate as a summer memory
- Passo del Cardinale: Primitivo di Manduria, intense and deep as our identity.
And finally, an aperitivo that smells like home: pizzi salentini, capocollo from Martina Franca, fresh burratine and other authentic flavors to enjoy in company, under the southern sky.

In the heart of Salento, in Puglia, the entrepreneurial idea of Paolo Leo, owner of the historic winery that bears his name, was born.
Today the winery is a modern company, with a completely automated bottling line, capable of bottling 6000 bottles per hour, so as to guarantee the traceability of the product and therefore know exactly the grape variety from which the wine comes.
Capable of producing high-quality wines and considered a very active and dynamic company, the Paolo Leo winery is well regarded by restaurants, clubs and regular consumers because it produces wines "for everyone": from top wines to those for daily consumption.
Enveloping in its colors, fascinating for its history, surprising for the uniqueness of its territories, Salento offers ever-new images and sensations. It is a union between the land and its fruits but also between the land and its sources: the sun, always generous and prolific, and water; and then the winds, the pleasant contest between those coming from the Adriatic coast and those coming from the south, from the Ionian, and which give the crops that unmistakable and delicious flavour and savouriness. And the land and its people, traditionally bent over their plants to scrupulously control their growth and health until the harvest.
