In the heart of Salento, in Puglia, the entrepreneurial idea of Paolo Leo, owner of the historic winery that bears his name, was born.
Today the winery is a modern company, with a completely automated bottling line, capable of bottling 6000 bottles per hour, so as to guarantee the traceability of the product and therefore know exactly the grape variety from which the wine comes.
Capable of producing high-quality wines and considered a very active and dynamic company, the Paolo Leo winery is well regarded by restaurants, clubs and regular consumers because it produces wines "for everyone": from top wines to those for daily consumption.
Enveloping in its colors, fascinating for its history, surprising for the uniqueness of its territories, Salento offers ever-new images and sensations. It is a union between the land and its fruits but also between the land and its sources: the sun, always generous and prolific, and water; and then the winds, the pleasant contest between those coming from the Adriatic coast and those coming from the south, from the Ionian, and which give the crops that unmistakable and delicious flavour and savouriness. And the land and its people, traditionally bent over their plants to scrupulously control their growth and health until the harvest.
