This offer includes, in addition to the classic offer, the tasting of our 2 new spirits: A wine brandy and a vermouth.

For 2 hours, Aurélie Carreau, winemaker and owner of Château Mons La Graveyre will welcome you for a country stroll in her vineyard surrounded by forest overlooking the Garonne.

She will introduce you to her vines grown organically and her other crops (truffle and fruit oaks).
As you walk and learn more about the word biodiversity and its definition, you will see a concrete example of agroforestry. You will be more comfortable with the nuances between organic and biodynamic farming. Thanks to her experiences, she will have all the answers to your questions.

Then we will go to the winery. You will discover how Aurélie makes her wine (transforming grapes into wine). We will end this visit with a tasting of 3 wines and 2 spirits.

About the host

Château Mons La Graveyre is a small family winery nestled on the hillsides of the commune of Cambes, 15km south of Bordeaux. The vineyard, planted with 70% Merlot and the rest in Cabernet Sauvignon, overlooks the Garonne. This haven of peace is endowed with an exceptional biodiversity that Aurélie Carreau (oenologist, winemaker, agro engineer, brand designer, mother and especially woman) has decided to respect, thus leading her vineyard organically since her arrival.
