About the winery

Château Mons La Graveyre is a small family winery nestled on the hillsides of the commune of Cambes, 15km south of Bordeaux. The vineyard, planted with 70% Merlot and the rest in Cabernet Sauvignon, overlooks the Garonne. This haven of peace is endowed with an exceptional biodiversity that Aurélie Carreau (oenologist, winemaker, agro engineer, brand designer, mother and especially woman) has decided to respect, thus leading her vineyard organically since her arrival.

The diverse environment allows us to observe natural biodiversity. This is the kind of lifestyle we were looking for when we settled here as a family. The adventure began in January 2016 with the desire and independence to produce wine that reflects the terroir, that embodies who we are, and that we will be delighted to share. To preserve this environment, we have chosen to manage the vineyard organically since our arrival. We are certified organic (AB).
