At Rovellats we are very lucky to have our own vineyard from which our wines and cavas are born. It is located right in front of the winery with beautiful views of the Penedés and, in the background, the spectacular Montserrat mountain.

Enjoy a delicious brunch with olives, potato chips, artisan cheeses, traditional sausages, potato omelette, croquettes and dessert accompanied by our freshest and most aromatic wines and/or cavas. It is an ideal experience to get out of the city, breathe, relax and enjoy the outdoors.

Before or after brunch we will take a tour of the history of ROVELLATS to delve into the secrets of cava.

We will finish the visit to the place where the Rovellats Cavas are patiently aged, the Rotonda, so called because it is the only known radial cellar.

The visit includes the tasting of two of our RESERVA CAVAS.

Brunch can be at our vineyard table or in the winery's beautiful garden.

About the host

Rovellats is a love story for the land, the people and cava. A family project that is currently managed by the third generation of the family and that since Sant Martí Sarroca (Barcelona) has been evolving from a work philosophy based on quality. Under the 15th century Masía and located 12 meters deep, the Rovellats cellar is unique in the world for its original six-pointed star structure and a central rotunda.

The etymological origin of Rovellats comes from the Latin “robiculu”, reflecting its location in a meander of the Foix River, characterized by its high humidity. This enclave has been the heart of an estate since medieval times, an architectural complex that includes everything from 10th century Romanesque elements to modern innovations.
