The Premium visit is a visit that, like the Reserve, introduces us to the magical world of cava and the intimate world of Rovellats, but here, we will try our most emblematic cavas paired with artisan cheeses.
To learn more about the history of our family, we begin with a short tour of the vineyard and the beautiful modernist gardens of the estate, then we visit our Masía “Siglo XV” that gives its name to one of our most emblematic cavas. Next to it is the family chapel dedicated to the “Moreneta”, the Virgin of Montserrat, already built by our grandfather at the beginning of the 20th century.
Next we will enter the magical world of the production of our cavas, discovering together the winery and the area where we make our still wines that will later become long-aged cavas.
After explaining the process of making cava, we will do a hand-made disgorging of a Reserva cava with more than 24 months of aging.
