Visit Reserve

The Reserva Reserva is the ideal visit to introduce yourself to the fascinating world of cava and the world of Rovellats, a family winery in the middle of the Penedès.

To learn more about the history of our family, we started with a short tour of the beautiful modernist gardens of the estate and visited our Masía “Siglo XV” which gives its name to one of our most emblematic cavas. Next to it is the family chapel dedicated to the “Morenita”, the Virgin of Montserrat, already built by our grandfather at the beginning of the 20th century.

Next we will enter the magical world of making our cavas, discovering together the winery where we make our still wines that will later become long-aged cavas.

Rovellats cavas are made exclusively with grapes from our vineyards and following the traditional method or Méthode Champenoise.
