We have a scenographic space within the cellar with 180° immersive video projected on barrels - unique in France. This film is not a remake of what we can find today where we talk about the work in the vineyard...But a film about my rather rich personal history, and about my work philosophy. All projected in the cellar, on century-old oak barrels at 180° (mapping on certain sequences) with sound work, allowing the public to find themselves totally immersed in my story.

We continue in our catering area to enjoy an Alsatian meal. As a starter, we offer you a delicious foie gras. You continue with an Alsatian pie and raw vegetables, then for dessert, you taste a small Lamele (small brioche sheep - Alsatian specialty at Easter).

You leave with a bottle of “l’Oeuf ou la Poule” wine as well as a small bag of chocolate eggs.

About the host

My husband Yvan and I operate a family winery, created in 1778 in Gertwiller, Alsace, a few kilometers from Strasbourg. We are the 11th generation of winegrowers, of the same family, to exploit our vines and vinify the 7 Alsatian grape varieties. We like to share our passion for wine through our family history, and our cellar secrets, in a friendly and warm atmosphere. The Zeyssolff family cask, made in 1897 for the Universal Exhibition in Paris, is one of our main curiosities. We welcome you to make you discover our cellar through a guided tour and to make you taste the fruit of our work...
