The winemaker's snack is the simple meal that Robert, the grandfather, and Jean-Marc, the father, used to eat during breaks while working in the vineyards. It's a hearty snack showcasing local products: artisanal charcuterie, cheeses from surrounding farms, and more. As for the wines produced by David, the current winemaker, you'll be captivated by their finesse and quality!

I am the 3rd generation to carry on the wine history of the Schneider family. Passionate about viticulture and oenology, in 2010 I chose to bottle and sell my wines directly.

We received a very warm welcome from the winemaker's wife, who explained their work in the various production areas. The wine tasting and several local specialties during the snack were excellent.
