Cancellation and refund conditions

Winalist allows professionals to choose for each experience from the following cancellation conditions: flexible, standard, moderate, strict and firm. Winalist applies them to protect both the professional and the visitor. Each experience and booking on our website clearly specifies the cancellation conditions. Visitors can cancel and verify the penalties incurred by consulting their travel summary and clicking on Cancel on the reservation in question. When a visitor makes a reservation request, the professional can see the number of reservations cancelled by the visitor in the last 12 months.

Cancellation by the visitor

  • A reservation is officially canceled if the visitor clicks on the “cancel my reservation” button in the My Account tab > my reservations > modify or cancel a reservation
  • The total amount of the reservation is refunded to the traveler if the cancellation occurs within the minimum period defined in the cancellation conditions of the experience.
  • The Traveler Refund Policy, force majeure or cancellations by Winalist for any other reason provided for in the General Conditions may supersede the cancellation conditions. Please check these exceptions.

Cancellation by the host

The professional can cancel an experience reserved by the visitor. The cancellation takes effect immediately and the visitor is refunded in full.

Cancellations can seriously disrupt visitors' projects. Therefore, penalties may apply for the professional if it cancels an experience already booked by a visitor.

Frequent cancellations or absences constitute a violation of our Terms and Conditions and may result in the deletion of your experience on Winalist.

Cancellation by Winalist

Winalist may sometimes have to cancel a reservation to protect users against fraud or for security reasons. In such cases, Winalist will always advise professionals and visitors of the situation. When Winalist has to cancel an experience, visitors will receive a full refund and professionals will generally not be eligible for income.

Cancellation due to weather

If the weather is likely to affect your safety, before or during the experience, the professional may cancel the experience. In this case, you will receive a full refund.

The Visitor Refund Policy, force majeure, or cancellations by Winalist for any other reason under the Terms and Conditions may override the cancellation policy. Please check these exceptions.
