Château Canadel
Backed by the hill in the middle of a natural cirque, Château Canadel is a family estate of 15ha in the Bandol appellation, which Laure and Vianney BENOIST work in organic and biodynamic agriculture. After having sold their grapes for a long time to a prestigious estate in Bandol, they built their cellar in 2014 to vinify their own wines. The wines produced in Bandol Rosé, Red and White appellation reflect the image of the winemakers and their vineyards: generous, delicate and unforgettable!

Come and visit Château Canadel . The vines and olive trees are cultivated in terraces on a hill offering a magnificent view of the rocky massif of the "big brain" and the Mediterranean in the background. You can also walk through the vineyards on our hiking trail, accompanied by an explanatory booklet that will tell you the history of the castle, the terroir, and the specificities of the Bandol vineyard .
Château Canadel wines
- Bandol Rosé vintage 2020 is made from a blend of Mourvèdre, Cinsault and Grenache. The nose is delicate with a complex aromatic bouquet, mixing citrus fruits, yellow fruits and hints of brioche. The palate offers a mineral finish with hints of liquorice.
- Altum millésime 2016 is an exceptional cuvée, from the most beautiful terroirs of the estate. It is a deep red wine with aromas of scrubland, red fruits and brioche. It offers ample mouthfeel with a long finish enhanced by menthol notes. A perfect bottle to enjoy a duck breast, red meat or leg of lamb.
