Meet the team

Coming from a family of winegrowers, Joseph is a man of the land with solid and multidisciplinary training. After studying in Alsace, Burgundy and Bordeaux, he has acquired a great deal of knowledge and has real know-how enabling him to reveal the terroir through his cuvées. Responsible for Château de Poncié since 2009, he practices a demanding viticulture that respects the soil. From his Burgundian experience, he has retained the meticulousness and respect for the terroir with which he manages the vineyard over the seasons.
