Our farm is located in a small, beautiful valley in the classic and historic Valpolicella area and covers 14 hectares. It can be admired from the square of the
famous village of San Giorgio Ingannapoltron, known worldwide for its
wonderful ancient church, cloister, and archaeological excavations.
The farm is named after the grandfather of the current owners, Carlo and Mario.
The vineyards are cultivated using integrated systems (minimal use of chemicals). Pruning and
harvesting are done by hand. In the cellar, we produce wine from grapes grown on our own vineyards,
using traditional methods but with small, modern equipment and minimal use of chemical additives.

We produce approximately 40,000 bottles of the area's traditional and historic wines: Valpolicella DOC Classico, Superiore, Ripasso, Amarone, and Recioto.
A family member is always available to welcome customers and visitors and to show them around
our production and aging cellars and our vineyards.
