About the winery
Enter the world of Chêne Bleu wines, a unique place for lovers of wine, gastronomy, art, history and nature. Our wines are produced at La Verrière, a family wine estate dating back to the Middle Ages, nestled behind the village of Crestet, on the heights of the Dentelles de Montmirail, at the foothills of the legendary Mont Ventoux. All the vines are meticulously managed in accordance with certified organic and sustainable practices, with the introduction of biodynamic principles.

Meet the team
The grandson of winemakers, Josselin Guiziou has the land in his blood and wine as his calling. With a dual background as an engineer and oenologist, he honed his skills from Bordeaux to Turkey and the United States. Today at Chêne Bleu, he practices precision viticulture where every action, from pruning to harvesting, is tailored to the specific characteristics of each plot. For him, the magic happens in the cellar only if the grapes are nurtured in the vineyard with rigor and respect.
