Visit Clos Mirages, a vineyard between innovation and respect for traditions.
Far from the hustle and bustle of the coast, in the heart of the Saint-Tropez peninsula, Clos Mirages is a family wine estate created in 2019. It extends over 15 hectares spread over 18 south-facing terraces on a schist terroir.
Classified as A.O.P. Côtes de Provence, Clos Mirages produces a small quantity of a gastronomic Rosé, intended for restaurateurs, wine merchants and connoisseurs. Everything is done to create a great wine: vines over fifty years old, limited yields, ultra-selective harvest, cooling of the bunches, vinification by plot, limitation of sulphites...
The entire estate is cultivated organically, certified by Ecocert and by a couple of hares who live on site. We grow Grenache Noir and Mourvèdre for the old vines and Carignan, Cinsault, Rolle, Semillon and Syrah for the new plantations.
Clos Mirages offers a free tour of the vineyards and an outdoor cabinet of curiosities as well as a tasting of its Rosé.
The Estate is available for rental for all types of events: from weddings to the presentation of vintage cars, including openings or concerts. Various accommodations are available on the Estate including a villa, an apartment and three guest rooms, organized around a large swimming pool, in the middle of the vines.
