Huerto de la Condesa is located within the old Heredad de la Condesa or Nuestra Señora de los Dolores, property of the Countess of Guadalevín, which has been one of the traditional estates of Ronda and stands out because the gardens were designed by Nicolás Forestier, author among others of the María Luisa Park in Seville or the Paseo del Prado in Havana.
To talk about our history, we have to talk about Luis Cepedano, owner of this winery. Originally, his great-grandfather owned a distillery. Furthermore, his parents were owners of a small vineyard located in La Mancha that, unfortunately, they had to sell in order to support their family. This made Luis always have a thorn in his side and, despite having dedicated himself to other businesses, he decided to promote this initiative in 2019, the year of our first harvest.

Meet the team

At our winery, the winemaker is named Agustín. He graduated in biotechnology in 2019 from the University of Salamanca and later completed a Master's in Oenology in 2020 from the Polytechnic University of Madrid. Agustín is passionate about the world of wine, and at such a young age, he is an expert in it. He has been with this winery since 2021, and thanks to his work, we strive to improve each year. Using Garnacha is his main idea, as it is his favorite, which sets us apart from the rest.
