The Rodriguez family cultivates 56 hectares in the south of France using organic farming methods that respect plants. The vineyard is composed of around fifteen grape varieties. Bringing out the identity of each plot gives meaning to their range of dry and naturally sweet wines.
The Sol Payre estate has a rich history spanning over a century, begun by Mr. Gustave Payre in 1913 with the acquisition of around ten hectares. The Sol Payre family passionately nurtured the estate for over 100 years.
