About the winery

For two centuries, the passion for earth and
wine has led five generations to succeed at the
head of the House.
The original brand, Champagne Auguste
Huiban, finds its roots in its terroir of Vallée de
la Marne with its favorite grape variety: Pinot
Meunier. She makes a Blanc de Noirs of
exceptions.
The chalky soils of Fontaine sur Ay impart
minerality to Champagne Paul Augustin with
Blancs de Blancs and blends where Chardonnay
expresses its nobility
