About the winery

Colle Uncinano is a family-run winery located in the municipality of Spoleto. With 25 hectares of vineyards, we produce different types of grapes such as Trebiano Spoletino, Grechetto, Sauvignon, Sangiovese, Sagrantino, Merlot and Marselan.
The vines are located at 348 meters and are protected by the Martani Mountains, guaranteeing an optimal temperature range.
Next to our cellar is our Agriturismo, an ancient 17th century mill, where our tastings are carried out.

Meet the team

The Colle Uncinano winery was born in 2005 when Claudio and his wife Lorella decided to give life to their dream, that of producing their own wine. Thus was born the first bottle of Cruor Nobile, Sagrantino and Merlot. Over the years, Claudio's passion was handed down to his children, Francesco and Antonella who are currently running the winery together with their father.
