About the winery
Fattoria ColSanto is a prestigious Cantina with adjacent B&B, located in the heart of the Sagrantino wine region. The property, elegant and full of charm, is an authentic paradise nestled in the green Umbrian hills. Entirely enclosed by its own vineyards, it features an enchanting location with panoramic views of the medieval villages of Assisi, Spello and Montefalco. Here in the hilly area, Sagrantino, Sangiovese, Montepulciano and Merlot grapes are produced. In the vineyards, preserved and cared for like gardens, each line of vines is an expression of the deep respect for nature and man's continuous contact with his native land.

Meet the team
Fattoria ColSanto was born in 2001, when the Livon family decided to buy their second estate outside the Collio, in an area particularly suited for excellent red wines: the Montefalco DOCG.
ColSanto is therefore the extension of 20 hectares of over sixty years of love and passion for viticulture. From generation to generation the Livon transmit the values of a sustainable winemaking tradition, by communicating their love for the land and making excellent awarded wine.

Great reception. We were early, but were able to check in straight away. The wine tasting was great! There were only 2 of us but she took all the time for us. Lots of knowledge of wines and very hospitable. Recommended!!
