Les Parcellaires de Saulx was created on the foundations of an old Meursault wine house, coupled with the Belleville de Rully estate and the Commaraine estate in Pommard. The owners, winegrowers, merchants and soon to be hotel and restaurant owners in the future Hôtel de la Commaraine are firmly committed to a process of excellence.
