In the evocative setting of a historic residence from the second half of the 19th century, you can enjoy a rich buffet breakfast prepared with typical local products, seasonal ingredients, and zero-kilometer produce, selected to enhance the excellence of our tradition. Tenute Baglio Passofondo is a winery in the heart of western Sicily, nestled in the hills of Alcamo, where tradition, nature, and hospitality meet to offer authentic experiences. Surrounded by vineyards, centuries-old olive groves, and a breathtakingly beautiful Mediterranean landscape, the estate invites guests to discover the region through wine and local culture. Our wine experiences include guided tours of the vineyards and historic baglio, wine tastings paired with traditional Sicilian specialties, and tours dedicated to discovering native grape varieties. Guests can also participate in traditional cooking classes, walking or cycling tours of the vineyards, and experience firsthand the history and agricultural practices that characterize our estate. Each experience is designed to create an authentic connection with the land, showcasing the flavors, aromas, and traditions of Sicily.
