La Belle Cave invites you to a masterclass with Adrien Pasquetto from Domaine Pasquetto.

Located in Limoux, in the heart of the Languedoc region, the estate is part of a new generation of winemakers contributing to the region's revival. Here, the focus is on precision, freshness, and wines that truly express their terroir, with remarkable balance and finesse.

During this tasting, we will have the opportunity to discover several of the estate's wines, understand their approach, and learn what makes Limoux wines so unique today.

About the host

Located in the heart of Bordeaux's historic center, a stone's throw from the Place du Palais and the Porte Cailhau, La Belle Cave is an independent wine shop specializing in the selection and expert advice of French wines.

We offer themed tastings led by a sommelier, built around carefully selected wines corresponding to our different packages: discovering Bordeaux, exploring the great appellations, getting acquainted with exceptional wines, or venturing into other regions such as the Loire Valley.

Each experience is structured and educational:

- Tasting basics
- Introduction to grape varieties
- Understanding terroirs
- Understanding blends

Tastings are accessible to both novices and enthusiasts wishing to deepen their knowledge, and are offered in French and English, in a friendly and professional setting in the heart of Bordeaux.
