Passed down from father to son and daughters since the 16th century, the Carreau estate, whose wine-growing heritage has remained in the family, has seen successive generations of winegrowers.
It is therefore in the heart of the Côte des Bar, in southern Champagne, that Lionel and his daughter Oriane work their vines with respect for nature.
They are based on the actions of modern, sustainable and responsible viticulture, and vinify their champagnes according to their harvests.
We find in the range of classic cuvées borrowing from the typical characteristics of the terroir, but also signature cuvées which have allowed Oriane and Lionel to let their soul as winemakers express themselves.
