Discover the innovative and sustainable side of Terre d'Aquesia with our "Jazz" line, dedicated to natural wines made from spontaneous fermentation.

The tour begins in the vineyard with Vincenzo, who will illustrate our organic farming practices. In the cellar, we will reveal the magic of spontaneous fermentation, where nature dictates the rhythm without standardization. You will understand how each vintage finds its unique and free voice, just like a musical improvisation.

Amid the sounds of great jazz artists, you will taste four natural wines and a fifth "unscheduled" wine dedicated to the historic Via Francigena. A rich platter of local artisanal products will complete this vibrant and unforgettable multisensory experience.

About the host

Terre d'Aquesia was established in 2019 in Acquapendente, in a border area between Tuscia, Umbria, and Southern Tuscany, historically crossed by the Via Francigena. In this landscape, nestled between the Bosco del Sasseto, the Monte Rufeno Natural Reserve, and the volcanic complex of Monte Amiata, Vincenzo Adduci has shaped a wine project based on study, experience, and respect for the terroir. After twenty years as a chemical engineer in the pharmaceutical and petrochemical sectors, he chose to deepen his knowledge of viticulture and oenology to embark on a personal journey in the world of wine.
The ten hectares of vineyard extend on south-southeast facing hillsides, between 300 and 350 meters above sea level, on silty-clay soils that contribute to structure and complexity. The climate, with hot and breezy summers and cool nights, promotes balance and aromatic finesse. Native and international varieties are cultivated — Sangiovese, Ciliegiolo, Grechetto, Montepulciano d'Abruzzo, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Chardonnay — trained with spurred cordon and managed with very low environmental impact agronomic practices.

The production philosophy places the vineyard at the center: only quality grapes can give rise to authentic wines, capable of expressing the territory. In the cellar, each parcel is vinified separately in small fermenters, with measured aging in steel or used barriques. Wine thus becomes a cultural expression and a journey of knowledge, the result of the integration between nature, technique, and a deep understanding of one's role as a winemaker.
