The guided tour offers a fascinating journey into the heart of the Valpolicella wine-making tradition. The experience begins in the Appassimento Museum, where the techniques used for drying grapes are illustrated, a fundamental practice for creating the great wines of the region. The tour continues in the historic cellar, which preserves some of the winery's most representative vintages, and in the barrel room, where the wines rest in wooden barrels until they reach the right maturation. The tour concludes in the tasting room, where you can taste 5 CRU wines from our estate.

For over ninety years, Cantina Valpolicella Negrar has embodied the history and excellence of the Valpolicella Classica winemaking tradition and its flagship wine, Amarone. A legacy we are proud of and that continues to shape our journey.
Since 1933, this historic cooperative winery located just outside Verona in northeastern Italy has safeguarded an extraordinary human and territorial heritage: 240 members who, generation after generation, tend 700 hectares of vineyards spread across the hills of Valpolicella Classica, the beating heart of our production.
Our mission is to perpetuate and promote the rich local winemaking tradition, combining authentic terroir values with modern techniques and constant research aimed at quality and sustainability, recognizing that each wine is the fruit of a unique synergy between the shared knowledge of expert winemakers and innovative technicians.
