The Premium Sensory Experience begins in the Brandy cellar, a true temple of wine where an audiovisual show immerses us in the history and mystery of this extraordinary place. We will tour the historic solera and criadera cellars, discovering the aging system and the centuries-old barrels that reveal the soul of the wine. The route continues to the oldest part of the winery, where the historical sample archive, our ranges of fortified wines, and the legacy of the Góngora family, who have kept this tradition alive for more than four centuries, are preserved. The experience culminates with a guided tasting of 6 unique wines and a traditional Andalusian aperitif.

With legendary origins, Bodegas Góngora dates back to the 16th century, making it the second oldest active winery in Spain. The Góngora family has preserved the essence and history of this place over four centuries, allowing us today, after an innovative restoration project, to visit, experience, and explore this exceptional monument.
Bodegas Góngora is a living, fully operational museum, where a special cultural and winemaking experience unfolds. The permanent exhibition, located among its cachones, scaffolds, and historic butts, enriches the visit and allows us to understand the soul, essence, and mystery of a unique place where extraordinary things happen.
