Cancellation Policy
Full refund of the experience if cancellation takes place up to 24 hours before the start of the experience.
Conditions
- A reservation is officially canceled if the visitor clicks on the “cancel my reservation” button in the My Account tab > my reservations > modify or cancel a reservation
- The total amount of the reservation is refunded to the traveler if the cancellation occurs within the minimum period defined in the cancellation conditions of the experience.
- The Traveler Refund Policy, force majeure or cancellations by Winalist for any other reason provided for in the General Conditions may supersede the cancellation conditions. Please check these exceptions.

Very friendly and knowledgeable tour, excellent tasting of various champagne varieties. Highly recommended!
Clothilde welcomed us warmly and gave us a very interesting tour of their cellar and production facilities. Afterwards, we were able to sample three champagnes from their range. Clothilde is a truly friendly winemaker.
The owner of the vineyard herself took care of us and explained the whole process to us with the love and passion of someone who knows her job perfectly.
