Experience a unique sensory journey through a tasting of 5 fine Valpolicella wines produced on our estate, surrounded by a landscape rich in history and beauty. Meet your guide and be led into the boutique winery decorated with precious artistic mosaics and a scenic tasting stage. Then relax on the panoramic terrace or in the panoramic room (in case of rain) while tasting - Valpolicella Classico Superiore DOC, Valpolicella Classico Superiore Ripasso DOC, Corvina Veronese IGT, Amarone Classico della Valpolicella DOCG and Recioto della Valpolicella DOCG or our sweet Passito IGT ''Dolcevita'' limited series with numbered bottles. The tasting will be accompanied by artisanal breadsticks. Close your eyes and embark on a journey through the millennial history of Valpolicella wines, guided and accompanied by us.

Nestled in the heart of Valpolicella Classica atop the tallest hill in Castelrotto village, Villa Fraccaroli is a historic 18th-century residence revitalized by the creation of Castrum Relais. The Fraccaroli family, with a winemaking tradition dating back to the 18th century, has transformed their estate into a vibrant destination. The cellar, once used for winemaking, is now the Castrum Wine Bar & Bistrò, while the modern winery operates in the estate's underground space, constructed in the 1980s under Paolo Borghetti's guidance.
Villa Fraccaroli, with its rich history and prime location in Valpolicella Classica, produces a range of exceptional wines that reflect the unique terroir of the region. The estate's vineyards are carefully tended, producing wines that embody the traditional craftsmanship passed down through generations of the Fraccaroli family.
