Immerse yourself in a unique sensory experience at Domaine La Provenquière.
This workshop invites you to discover the subtleties of the wine and chocolate pairing through a guided tasting of 5 wines and 5 artisanal chocolates in the Château's dining room.

After a brief introduction to the estate and its history, we will guide you step by step through the basics of tasting. Then, for each wine, you will be offered a chocolate to explore how the aromas complement, complement, or contrast each other.

You will discover how the texture, sweetness, or intensity of a chocolate can transform the perception of a wine, and vice versa.

Whether you are a wine enthusiast, a chocolate lover, a foodie, or simply curious, this workshop is for you!

About the host

In the heart of the Languedoc vineyards, Domaine La Provenquière perpetuates the wine and family heritage of four generations of passionate winegrowers, as well as the heritage heritage of a unique place steeped in nearly five centuries of history.

It is in Capestang, a wine-growing village in the Hérault, near Béziers and the famous Canal du Midi, that the peaceful and majestic Château de la Provenquière stands, beyond its elegant entrance gate.

The Robert-Boularand family expresses all its winemaking know-how here through a wide range of IGP Pays d'Oc and IGP Coteaux d'Ensérune varietal wines in white, red, rosé and orange.
