Experience the harmony of Tuscan wine with the Trio of Organic Wines Tour & Tasting — a private journey that combines freshness, elegance, and depth in a single experience. Perfect for those who wish to discover Tuscany in an authentic and concentrated way, the tour includes a visit to the historic cellars and the ancient orciaia, where we refine our award-winning organic Laudemio oil. This is followed by a tasting of three organic wines: a white, a rosé, and a red, each an expression of our terroir. Paired with this is a Tuscan platter with artisanal cheeses, homemade bread with ancient grains, Laudemio oil, and fresh eggs collected from our henhouse. A genuine experience to discover the variety of organic wine in a relaxed and authentic environment.

About the host
Fattoria San Michele a Torri is located in the heart of Chianti, 15 km away from Florence. It takes its name from a village of the same name, and is located on a beautiful hill on the outskirts of Florence, from which you can admire the wonderful Tuscan panorama full of vineyards, olive groves and woods. It covers 1113 hectares of land of which 90 hectares are cultivated with vineyards, 140 hectares with olive groves and the remaining part with arable land, forest and Cinta Senese breeding.
Paolo Nocentini, current owner of the company, has given new impetus and development to the traditional agricultural activity, expanding and renewing the crops and directing it towards the organic production of typical Tuscan products.
The territory of Fattoria San Michele a Torri is located between the wine areas of Chianti Colli Fiorentini (75 hectares of vineyards) and Chianti Classico (15 hectares of vineyards) where fragrant, velvety red wines of great character are produced from the vineyards of both production areas.
