The tour begins with a guided visit to the centuries-old cellars and the orciaia, where we refine our organic Laudemio extra virgin olive oil. This is followed by a relaxed tasting of 2 organic rosé wines, fresh, expressive, and perfect for summer. The wines are accompanied by a Tuscan platter with local cured meats and cheeses, homemade bread with ancient grains, and our award-winning oil. Ideal for those seeking an authentic and refined experience, discovering an unexpected side of Tuscan winemaking.

About the host
Fattoria San Michele a Torri is located in the heart of Chianti, 15 km away from Florence. It takes its name from a village of the same name, and is located on a beautiful hill on the outskirts of Florence, from which you can admire the wonderful Tuscan panorama full of vineyards, olive groves and woods. It covers 1113 hectares of land of which 90 hectares are cultivated with vineyards, 140 hectares with olive groves and the remaining part with arable land, forest and Cinta Senese breeding.
Paolo Nocentini, current owner of the company, has given new impetus and development to the traditional agricultural activity, expanding and renewing the crops and directing it towards the organic production of typical Tuscan products.
The territory of Fattoria San Michele a Torri is located between the wine areas of Chianti Colli Fiorentini (75 hectares of vineyards) and Chianti Classico (15 hectares of vineyards) where fragrant, velvety red wines of great character are produced from the vineyards of both production areas.
