Embark on a unique journey through the vineyards and trulli of Masseria Borgo dei Trulli, a winery deeply rooted in the Primitivo di Manduria region. The tour begins with a scenic golf cart ride through the estate's vineyards, followed by a stop at the historic Saracen stone trulli, where guests will learn about their heritage and taste the Bollicima Bio Metodo Classico. The experience continues at the Masseria Borgo dei Trulli winery, with a guided tour through the production area, the stainless steel fermentation tanks, and the aging cellar, where wines mature in oak barrels and ceramic amphorae made by artisans from Grottaglie. The tour concludes with a tasting of three other fine wines, selection line, paired with baked goods, dairy products, and local cured meats. Our facility is the ideal place to experience an authentic journey, discovering the wine and culinary traditions of Puglia.

Masseria Borgo dei Trulli is a farm that has purchased land in the best wine-growing areas of Salento, in particular in the municipalities of Sava, Manduria and Maruggio in the province of Taranto, where it mainly grows Primitivo, Negroamaro, Vermentino, Malvasia Bianca, Fiano, Sauvignon Blanc and in the municipality of Guagnano, in the province of Lecce, where it produces Negroamaro and Malvasia Nera grapes for the Salice Salentino DOC.
