I invite you to discover an exceptional, limited-edition, and classified clos Champagne, of which there are only 40 in Champagne today.

The name of our Clos is: Famille Pierre - Barry, Clos Écrin des Anciens

100% Chardonnay from Azy-sur-Marne

This clos pays homage to the elegance and roundness of vintage Chardonnay and also pays tribute to my ancestors Pierre Gaston and Julia Barry, owners of the Clos, of whom I am a descendant after 4 generations. I wanted to create a cuvée that pays homage to Champagne traditions and know-how.

I invite you to taste a 1.5L magnum of Chardonnay vinified by me.

About the host

For over 5 generations, the PIERREs has dedicated their passion for the winegrowing and the production of premium quality Champagne wine.
In 2007, Laurent PIERRE took over this family winery and decided to develop its own Champagne brand in 2010. He loves his region and its terroir. His passion, good sense of listening to others and innovation in the vineyard work motivate him to face this mission in life.
PIERRE Laurent cultivate 4.5 hectares of vineyards in the Marne Valley West today. The parcels extend in five villages in South of the Aisne department: Saulchery, Charly-sur-Marne, Azy-sur-Marne, Crouttes-sur-Marne and Domptin, mainly planted with Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay.
Since 2019, the house is certified High Environmental Value level 3, op.A.
