Finding an activity to do in Chania when the weather is bad is possible! But it's also great in good weather! What could be better than a friendly wine tasting in the purest Cretan tradition: at a local's home, and in this case, at my place, during aperitivo hour?! I gladly open my door for a relaxing tasting, for a time of exchange and sharing around wine. I will of course add to the experience some traditional homemade mezzes (mine or those of professionals!). After a brief presentation on the wine regions, terroirs and wine culture, I will offer you 4 wines whose color you can choose according to your tastes or desires of the day. There is no wrong choice, I have surveyed Crete and its vineyards for you in order to offer you a tasting of wines representative of the island, qualitative and resulting from the work of different winemakers.

I offer you a tour of Crete through its wines! A trained wine sommelier, I fell in love with this country and now invite you to discover Cretan grape varieties and passionate winemakers in my company! Depending on your desires, several options will allow you to combine tasting and a vacation on an island!
