About the experience
2-4 persons
Ribeira Sacra is known for being one of those regions in the world where "Heroic Viticulture" is practiced. This is due to the difficulty of cultivating and maintaining its vineyards, which are terraced and have steep slopes on the banks of the Miño and Sil rivers. The extension of these terraces is equivalent to the length of the Great Wall of China. This wine route will not only show you the impressive landscapes of the area, but will also allow you to see the work of the winemakers, most of whom are winegrowers. You can taste their wines, mainly based on the Mencía grape.
