Discover the subtleties of our three Vintage Cuvées in the heart of Épernay, at the charming Champagne Pierre Mignon boutique.

The Cuvée Grand Vintage, composed of 60% Chardonnay, 30% Meunier, and 10% Pinot Noir, reveals a saline, ample, and powerful palate with stewed fruit notes upon tasting.

The Cuvée Grand Vintage Rosé combines structure and complexity. This great Champagne with intense aromas presents a bouquet of fruits and spices of great richness and density, composed of 55% Chardonnay, 30% Meunier, and 15% Pinot Noir.

Le Clos des Graviers, a limited edition single-vineyard wine aged in oak barrels, offers a timeless experience. An ideal companion for fine dining, it combines freshness and complexity, especially when served in an exceptional 75 cl mouth-blown glass from Maison Lehman, making a romantic tête-à-tête memorable! Try it with exceptional caviar, scallop tartare, crab with sweet spices, or lobster with marjoram butter.

Maison Pierre Mignon is located in Le Breuil, a major Pinot Meunier production site, in the Marne Valley. From a long line of winemakers, for 5 generations, the Maison Pierre Mignon has produced exceptional Champagnes in the purest respect for traditions while favoring innovation. Heirs to a know-how passed down from father to son, Pierre and Yveline Mignon run the family estate and work in collaboration with their two children: Céline, responsible for export and commercial relations, and Jean-Charles, in charge of Vineyard and Wines.
