The Non-Dosé Blanc de Blancs is a 100% Chardonnay Champagne from 3 Grand Cru classified villages in the Côte des Blancs, offering floral and mineral notes that reflect a terroir rich in chalk.

The second version, dosed at 6 grams, still exclusively vinified from Chardonnay Grand Cru from the same villages, presents a refined evolution of this great terroir after a minimum aging of 48 months.

Our Harmonie de Blancs 2013 reveals the essence of an exceptional Vintage, a great, evolved Chardonnay Grand Cru with complex aromas that testify to its prestigious origin.

Maison Pierre Mignon is located in Le Breuil, a major Pinot Meunier production site, in the Marne Valley. From a long line of winemakers, for 5 generations, the Maison Pierre Mignon has produced exceptional Champagnes in the purest respect for traditions while favoring innovation. Heirs to a know-how passed down from father to son, Pierre and Yveline Mignon run the family estate and work in collaboration with their two children: Céline, responsible for export and commercial relations, and Jean-Charles, in charge of Vineyard and Wines.
