Tour of the production site and the evocative spaces of the barrel cellar.
Tasting of some labels paired with typical local products at Numero Primo*, Tenute Rubino's wine bar in the port of Brindisi. Wines for tasting:
-IGT Salento white Verdeca, Lamiro 2024;
-DOC Brindisi rosé Negroamaro, Saturnino 2024;
-DOC Brindisi red Susumaniello, Oltremé 2021;
-IGP Salento red Primitivo, Punta Aquila 2021;

Vineyard visit on request.
*Transfer by own means.
For younger guests, the tour is free, only the cost of the light lunch is required.

About the host

This is a family story, of love for one's land and its rediscovery. The sun of Puglia and the traditions of Salento conveyed by a vibrant entrepreneurial streak passed down from a father to a son. A project that finds its roots in the 80s of the last century, with that agricultural company founded by the founder Tommaso Rubino who, for the first time, recovered the viticultural potential of a territory with a distant past. His son Luigi, together with his wife Romina, who takes care of marketing and communication, has collected the entrepreneurial legacy, instilling that great passion in one of the companies that today represents a model of Apulian viticulture.
